I am an out of network provider. However, upon request, I will provide you with a document complete with the necessary diagnostic and service codes, etc. If you choose to do so, you may file this directly with your insurance company for any reimbursement you may be entitled to receive in accordance with your plan.
Most major insurance carriers do reimburse a percentage of the counseling fees to the client. If you have any questions please call Mrs. Olson or your insurance carrier.
- Fees for a 50 minute Individual or Family counseling session are $120
- Fees for a Group counseling session (1 ½ to 2 hours) are $20 per person
- Fees for Public Speaking engagements or Workshops are variable (please contact me for further information)
